Yes, Hanatutor is a 24-hour learning platform that accommodates all time zones across the globe. There are tutors available for you on our platform all the time. Once you have chosen a tutor, their available times will be given to you, alternatively, you can schedule a suitable time for both of you. You can also choose a tutor near you so that you are operating in the same time zone. However, we do encourage our students to learn from tutors from all over the world.

No, Hanatutor is an online language-learning institute aimed at offering you easy and convenient language lessons for your everyday social or professional communication. We do not issue certificates.

Depending on your needs, our language courses can range from a week to a year. You can decide how many lessons you need. Your tutor will also recommend the duration of a language course for you looking at your learning goals.

Our lessons consist of 25mins and 50mins lessons.

Hanatutor does not set the rates for the tutors, but our tutors set their rates. A lesson may start from as little as $5 per hour.

With Hanatutor, you can choose to pay per lesson, pay per month, or pay for 12 months depending on the course you are on. Payment should be made by the 1st of each month if paid monthly and before the commencement of lessons if you are paying for the year. For those paying per lesson, payment should be made at least 6 hours before the lesson. Payment can be done through PayPal, bank transfers, credit cards, Kakaopay and some local methods of payment such as ATM deposits. Please read our payment policy here.

Our tutors will provide you with personalized study notes and materials. You will also have access to some study materials on our platform.

Regarding the expiration period of the packages, Hanatutor provides 90 days for each package and after the expiration, Hanatutor will do 50% deduction of the remaining hours.
